- To provide trade pricing, process quotes and orders, and manage invoicing and credit.

We do not sell your personal information. Your trade pricing is private to your account and is not shared with other customers.

5. AI features
Optional AI tools (design concierge and photo-to-spec) send your prompts or uploaded images to our AI provider to generate a response. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. We do not use your content to train third-party models.
6. Data security & retention
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
7. Your choices
You can review and update your account details in the portal. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements), contact us. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
